Why I started Intentional Management and GTMSOS: turning GTM chaos into system-based orchestration.
The short version
I started Intentional Management because I got tired of watching good companies lose revenue to bad systems.
Not bad people. Bad systems.
The talent was there. The product was there. The motion underneath them was broken.
GTMSOS is what I built to fix it.
The longer story
I spent years inside growth-stage go-to-market. Sales. RevOps. The seams where strategy meets execution.
I kept seeing the same thing.
A revenue leader under pressure to hit a number with a team half its former size. A founder trying to out-hire a problem that hiring cannot solve. An operations lead sitting on a stack that generates data the motion never consumes.
Everyone was working harder. Almost no one was working as a system.
That was the pattern. And once you see a pattern, you cannot unsee it.
I could have taken another operating role. Instead I made a choice. I chose to build something of my own. A practice with a point of view, not just a paycheck.
Most broken go-to-market is not the result of bad decisions. It is the result of no decision. Motion by inertia. Tools bought, never orchestrated.
I named the company Intentional Management for a reason. The name is the standard I hold myself to. Intentional means acting with purpose, not reaction. It means the work is designed, not defaulted into.
I wanted to be the opposite of inertia. On purpose. Every time.
That is the honest-intentions part too. Lead with truth. Teach before you pitch. Make every contact feel seen. I would rather earn a referral than win a transaction.
Why GTMSOS
Intentional Management is the company. GTMSOS is the method.
The promise is plain: turn GTM chaos into system-based orchestration. Bridge the gap between Product, Sales, and Marketing so revenue becomes repeatable instead of accidental.
Most teams buy tools and call it transformation. A tool is not a system. A system is what makes the tools worth owning.
I organize that system into four layers.
Signal > Research > Outreach > RevOps
Signal tells you who is ready. Research makes you relevant. Outreach carries the relevance. RevOps is the infrastructure that lets the other three compound instead of collapse.
Then I bring AI into it. Not as a gimmick. As orchestration.

Scale revenue without scaling headcount.
That line is not a slogan. It is the math of the next decade. The teams that learn to orchestrate will own their categories. The ones that keep throwing bodies at the problem will get acquired or forgotten.
I started GTMSOS to be on the right side of that line. And to bring people with me by publishing the frameworks in the open.
The deeper why
There is a personal layer under the business one.
I came to this through a career transition. I know what it is to rebuild with intention rather than drift.
I am responsible. If it is to be, it is up to me. Stoic rootedness first. Then service.
I do not want the work to end at the transaction. I want it to leave a footprint. Better systems. Better operators. A standard of craft that outlasts any one engagement.
That is the real why. The business is the vehicle. The intention is the point.
Four reasons I started
1. Fix systems, not symptoms
Good companies were losing revenue to broken motion, not bad talent.
2. Work on purpose
Build a practice with a point of view, held to the standard the name itself declares.
3. Orchestrate, not accumulate
Turn stacks of disconnected tools into one working system across Signal, Research, Outreach, and RevOps.
4. Leave a footprint
Build something that outlasts the transaction and lifts the operators I work with.
The company and the method
Intentional Management LLC
The consulting practice and the entity. The standard: act with purpose, lead with truth, earn the referral.
GTMSOS
The method and the platform. The four-layer AI Orchestration system, and the place I publish it in the open.
The principles I built on
- Integrity and Intentionality: act with purpose, not reaction.
- Merit and Referrals: earn trust through contribution.
- Honest Intentions and Craft: lead with truth and quality.
- Customer Delight: every contact should feel seen.
- Impact over Applause: measure success by alignment, not noise.
- Long-Term Craftsmanship: craft over consumption.
The one-line answer
Good companies were losing revenue to broken systems, not bad people. GTMSOS is the system I built to fix it. Go-to-market orchestrated as one motion, so you scale revenue without scaling headcount.
